Shena Magaia has a degree in Psychology, with focus on the Organizational branch, and has more than 7 years of experience in people management in the Public Sector.

Currently dedicates herself to Procurement of Public goods, services and construction.

As co-founder of Sustainable Minds, she is responsible for the daily administration of the company’s personal and material resources, also actively participating in the process of developing business models, researching ecofriendly products and raising awareness about environmental problems in Mozambique.
